The Author - Geoff Watts

The book’s author has also been on his own journey
 of adventure and has also found new friendship
 and love. Through his journey he has unveiled 
a past previously unknown, a love obtained despite time and separation and a realisation that every step around the corner can bring hope and joy.

These books have enabled the author to demonstrate his love for a father unknown - Ned (the Rag) Doyle Ned the Rag, the Piano man and the Author are, through this simple tale, entwined as one, please read and enjoy.

The Illustrator - Emma-Louise Brett-Phare

I am currently an animation student studying at the University for the Creative Arts and I would like to go into the lm and television industry after my final year. I specialise in 2D hand drawn animation and illustration in a range of mediums. After working with Geoff Watts and Ned the Dog for a while now, I have grown to love Ned and his stories, and it is my job to create illustrations worthy of the tales he lives in. He is an adorable character that children love. I hope I have succeeded in bringing him to life
 and sending him into the hearts and minds
 of the readers in this book.
